Starpoint is seeking a host home provider that would provide support to a 29-year-old woman in their home.

She needs assistance with daily living activities, medication and health-related needs. An optimal placement would be a home that does not include young or teenage children on a permanent basis. She also would require support to maintain an active lifestyle. She enjoys typical activities for her age and especially loves fishing. Starpoint will provide needed training.
