The Cutter / Folder / Stitcher and Letterpress candidates must be able to read and follow instructions in English, be capable of working independently and as part of team, and be willing to work days, nights and some weekends. The CSR will serve as a contact for clients, sales reps and production personnel. The duties include initiating job tickets, confirming materials are available, and tracking the jobs through the production process. The CSR will inspect proofs and be required to keep accurate records, pull and file job tickets, as well as answer phones and help with customer walk-ins. The qualified candidates must be detail oriented, able to multi-task and prioritize jobs, as well as strive for a quality product to please our customers.
