Mission

Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of specific projects related to sales projections, budgets and pipeline tracking, as well as reporting for Marketing, Sales & Publisher Relations, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

 

Primary Responsibilities

Work with Vice President of Sales Enablement & Execution on the following:

  • Work with Sales Management to monitor sales activity reports, including: monthly pipeline report and approval tracking; RSM visit reports and necessary follow-up with Sales Management; Inside Sales call monitoring reports
  • Working with Regional Sales VPs around the globe to ensure that there is consistency in sales process, pipeline management, sales activity, and output for special projects
  • Work with Sales Management on managing and tracking regional annual sales projections and quarterly progress toward those projections including:
    • Annual quota assignment and tracking
    • Sales Club program management
  • Work with Sales Management to have greater standardization and maximize the value of the small regional sales meetings around the world
  • Lead execution of departments' effort to efficiently gain consensus and communicate details behind decisions, strategies, recommendations, etc. to other senior executives and departments
  • Work with Marketing on specialized reporting including social media campaign tracking, lead management
  • Work with the FP&A team on annual budget planning for Marketing, Sales and Publisher Relations, including monthly expense review, headcount tracking, identifying areas for cost savings
  • Work with Human Resources to assist with confidential documents including new sales compensation structures, annual increase templates, and non-sales bonus planning
  • Lead in the creation of Idea Documents, Business Cases and other important documents originating in the departments

  • Detail oriented/focus on 'high quality' - makes every effort to ensure supporting data is 'accurate' and consistent with strategic points and that all data analysis is clear and 'error -free'
  • Organization/Planning/Flexibility: The individual needs to plan and organize work in a productive manner.  He/she needs to recognize the need for change, manage it and adjust to it.
  • Bias for Action and Strong Work Ethic: The position requires someone to move quickly but accurately.  The individual should also have a willingness to work hard and create urgency amongst the team.  He/she must be able to identify and help to identify blockers/challenges and raise those concerns to his/her manager.
  • The position requires someone with strong analytical skills who is proactive, brings new ideas to projects/company, and takes ownership of projects. He/she should be persistent, following up in a consistent, but respectful/tactful manner, in order to get the job done.
  • Must be able to work with sales management and other departments, accepting feedback for potential improvements

 

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years in Sales/Sales Operations
  • Proficient (4+ years’ experience/intermediate level) with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel

 

Preferred Experience

  • BA/BS is preferred
  • Proficient with Tableau
