Community Association Manager

Looking for a Community Association Manager to be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations. The right candidate will be the go-to source for all issues related to the properties under management. Responsibilities include, executive direction of day to day and long-term operations of the associations. Staying informed of the association's fiscal, financial and operational health. Ensure proper maintenance of the association's property and capital equipment. Oversee all association maintenance, projects, programs and community relations. Salary DOE, benefits include health, 401K, and paid vacation.
