Position Summary

The Data Analyst will improve core business activities and support organizational goals through data analytics responsibilities and management. The Data Analyst will understand manufacturing and supply chain processes and will work with cross-functional teams to optimize operations. In support of higher-level information systems such as ERP, PLM, and MES, the Data Analyst will assist with implementation activities as required. The Data Analyst will work in accordance with data governance values, compliance requirements, and corporate IT processes and procedures in carrying out all duties and responsibilities.

Position Summary

Manufacturing Engineering Intern will work within production space to contribute and learn. Gain valuable hands-on experience while being a part of a team that foster’s innovation, employee involvement.   Perform task related to electronic assembly, tooling design, assembly instruction, and document updates of power supply development for defense and aerospace applications.  This position will work alongside Manufacturing and Process Engineers as they encounter challenges.  During the Summer period a project will be assigned which improves product on time delivery, reduced production cost, and eliminate defects.

Position Summary

Takes a lead role in developing internal design guidelines for printed wiring board (PWB) designs.  Performs a full range of design tasks to produce PWBs for Rantec’s power supply products.  Applies a thorough material science knowledge of the interactions and characteristics of materials used in PWB manufacturing and the impact of material choices on design decisions.  Interface with PWB manufacturers to ensure Rantec’s designs are compatible with the manufacturing processes of the PWB.  Produce the schematic, design the component layout of the circuit board, and create documentation to support manufacturing.

Position Summary

This includes supervision of production flow, delegating tasks to fellow assemblers, labor tracking, time force entries, and load balance of production tasks within the cell. The Supervisor supports the learning and training of their Assembler.  He/she focuses on developing the breadth and depth of manufacturing skills within their cell.  The Supervisor will advise operators within the cell to support On-Time-Delivery, waste elimination, and improvement of product quality.  This role will directly report to the Production Manager.

Position Summary

The Production Manager will ensure that production produces product safely, on-time, efficiently and to a high level of quality; building capability and capacity across multiple products.  Production Manager will have supervisory responsibility of Sub Assembly, which will include a reporting structure of Supervisors and 15+ personnel.  Tasks include; assembly training, employee growth, area/cell planning, capacity analysis, quality, efficiency, on-time delivery and budget performance.  Understand and manage the cells in accordance with Rantec’s business requirements.  Provide leadership, mentoring and develop personnel growth plans.

Provide hands-on leadership to the Test Engineering group within the Test Engineering Department.  Design and develop test procedures and equipment to support environmental and electronic testing of power supplies and power conversion products.  Ensure all needed Test systems are available and maintained in a functional state.  Ensure sufficient trained staff within Test Engineering to meet demand for new and existing products.
