Bowling Green State University (BGSU) invites applications for an Electronic Resources Librarian with faculty rank of Assistant Teaching Professor. The position reports to the Chair of the Department of Library Teaching & Learning (LTL) within the University Libraries (UL) and is a full time, twelve-month renewable, non-tenure track, qualified rank faculty appointment.     

The Electronic Resources Librarian will provide leadership for the management and use of electronic resources in a multi-disciplinary library, working collaboratively across departments in the UL and facilitating collective decision-making for electronic resources.  

Minimum Qualifications 

• Master’s degree in Library and Information Science from an ALA accredited institution to be conferred by position start date. 
• 3-6 months experience in reference, public service, collection development, or electronic resources in a library setting in a graduate student or professional capacity. 
• Experience with the electronic resources life cycle and management practices in a graduate student or professional capacity.
