The Central Intake Supervisor oversees administrative functioning of the Central Intake Department, including compliance with BHN intake policies, procedures, and timelines. The Central Intake Supervisor provides supervision of tier II intake staff, monitors call volume, and provides direct feedback to intake staff and management. Additionally, the Central Intake Supervisor provides orientation and training for new staff as needed and maintains the staff schedule. The Central Intake Supervisor is knowledgeable about all BHN programs, and those offered in the community and demonstrates cultural competence in dealing with individuals served with a variety of different cultural backgrounds.
