Human Services is hiring for an Adult and Family Services Program Supervisor. Provides direct supervision to casework staff and technical support. Assists with planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the related Human Services programs; provides guidance, direction, and review of staff work. Duties may vary according to job assignment.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of human services casework experience working in the child welfare system and at least one year of supervisory experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in human services related field required, Masters degree in Social Work or related field preferred; OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Current certification as a supervisor in Colorado Child Welfare System preferred.
