The Cadillac News is accepting applications for an Inside Sales & Customer Service Support Representative. This position is full time and perfect for someone looking for growth within the company. Qualified candidates will have a strong desire to help business grow through effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Handling inbound & outbound calls to new and existing customers
• Retaining current & new customers by educating them on our subscription products
• Understanding our products/services to help our customers
• Answering and routing incoming phone calls
• Working with customers to create effective classified ads
• Accepting payments for both Circulation and Advertising
• Handling customer requests with superior customer service
• Applicants must be able to collaborate with new and existing customers to creatively market business.
• Prospects must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment and be able to meet daily deadlines.

The qualified candidate will have abilities in the following areas: Typing, comfortable using multiple software's systems, multi-tasking, customer service, organization, and must also have superior phone skills with the ability to make cold calls comfortably.
