General: Groundskeeper 

A groundskeeper is someone who can provide regular care for an apartment community. The main objective of the Groundskeeper is to ensure upkeep of the property, buildings, and grounds. Responsibilities include but are not limited to grooming of the property, collection and disposal of trash, clean community common areas. Qualifications include but are not limited to all service personnel are required to have a personal set of general tools, be able to lift up to 80 pounds, be able to push/pull up to 200 pounds, and have reliable transportation.
