Who are we?
The Connections program offers residential substance use disorder treatment for adults 18 years of age and older as an alternative to incarceration. The multidisciplinary team at Connections partners with each program participant to create a strengths-based, goal-oriented treatment plan to provide a road map to meet individuals’ self-identified goals for improved physical and behavioral health, stable housing, educational or vocational pursuits, parenting needs, and recovery supports. The goal of treatment is to assist individuals in navigating the challenges of early recovery and help them to develop the skills needed to reduce risk of relapse or further engagement with the justice system.
