What you'll do:

  • Answer patient phone calls and help them schedule initial and follow-up appointments with providers
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our patients
  • Verify insurance coverage for patient accounts

Your qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Top candidates have one year of experience working in a call center, scheduling appointments, and/or clerical work in a healthcare environment 
  • You are well-organized and can handle a variety of tasks in a busy environment
  • You communicate professionally with patients, staff, and providers
  • Your knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • You are comfortable using a variety of conputer software including Word and Excel and it is a plus if you also have experience working with Epic systems
