Director of Human Resources

RWC is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources. The Director guides and manages the overall provision of human resource services, policies, and programs for the entire organization. The major areas directed are recruiting and staffing, performance management and improvement systems, organization development, employment and regulatory compliance, policy development and documentation, employee relations, employee communication, employee safety, wellness, and health, and employee services and counseling.

Position requires a bachelor's degree with ten or more years of proven, progressive human resources management experience. Great working environment with a generous benefits package.
