RN and LPN

Full-time and part-time positions are available for all shifts.  Qualifications:  Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with long-term care experience.

RN Nurse Manager

Full-time RN Manager positions are available. The successful candidate will be responsible for one 44-Bed Units.  Must have a minimum of 3+ years of general nursing experience.  Also prefer additional 2+ years in long-term care and 1+ years of long-term care management. Manager will reports to Director of Nursing.

RN Supervisor 

Full-time positions are available for 3pm – 11pm and 11pm – 7am and part-time positions are available for all shifts.  The successful candidate must have a strong clinical background.  Qualifications:  Licensed South Carolina Registered Nurse with long-term care experience.

CNA

Full-time and Part-time positions are available for all shifts.  Qualifications:  Licensed South Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant with long-term care experience.

Maintenance Specialist

Full-time positions are available.  Must have experience in electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.  Require strong knowledge in commercial A/C.  Candidate must be able to work independently.

Food Service Assistant

Full-time positions are available for rotating eight hour shift to cover departmental needs with rotating weekends. Will perform a variety of related food service functions in the Dietary department.  Experience preferred.

Clinical Dietitian

Full-Time position available for Experienced Registered Dietitian Monday – Friday; Responsibilities include providing nutritional care to geriatric residents via nutritional assessments, participating in completion of MDS, care plan meetings, education & quality assurance activities, consultations with residents/ family/medical personnel, diet reviews and prescribing nutrition therapy. Must have Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics/Nutrition from an accredited program and be a Registered Dietitian with AND.  (Registration eligible candidates may be considered).

Restorative Aide

Full-time position is available for 8am – 4:30pm shift.  Successful candidate must be willing to see Residents Monday through Friday (one weekend a month) on Carroll Campbell Place building for different maintenance therapies such as Range of Motion, Walking, Transfers, Toileting and Restorative Dining, Speech exercises. Qualifications:  South Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant with long-term care experience.
