Provides spiritual and emotional care and comfort to patients, families, and other team members during on-call shifts, on an as needed basis. Provides competent crisis ministry in response to codes, deaths and other emergencies.- Conducts assessments and documents in electronic record.- Is able to establish relationships with care recipients and staff from diverse backgrounds.- Supports and adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines, and promotes a safe work environment and prevention of errors.- Maintains confidentiality and protects patient privacy. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. 2. Master of Divinity or Theology degree from an institution accredited by the Council of Higher Education Accreditation. 3. Ordination and/or endorsement by faith group. 4. Board certification or board certification eligible. 5. At least four units of ACPE CPE
