Job Description	The Clinical Hub Liaison will assist in the administration, and implementation of the clinical rotations in the hybrid distributed educational program of clinical education for the LMU-College of Veterinary Medicine. This person will work closely with students and designated faculty and will assist in the educational activities under the direction of the designated faculty. The Coordinator shall provide support in areas of professional correspondence and the CVM clinical site development.

Job Duty

Job Duty	Assist in the supervision of the CVM students under the direction of designated LMU-CVM faculty while the student learns skills in the community-based hybrid distributive education model;

Job Duty	assist in the preparation of any necessary accreditation reports;

Job Duty	assist in developing and maintaining clinical affiliate site recruiting materials;

Job Duty	monitor confidential student, facility and preceptor files and compile regular and special reports as needed;

Job Duty	work with LMU-CVM Clinical Relations and Outreach staff in maintaining clinical records and files;

Job Duty	provide required clinical rotation documentation to preceptors and hospitals as needed;

Job Duty	work with hospitals and institutions that provide student clinical rotations;

Job Duty	aid in the setup and confirmation of clinical rotation schedules for students;

Job Duty	assist with informing clinical instructors and students of CVM Clinical Site Policies and Procedures;

Job Duty	monitor and report the progress of clinical students;

Job Duty	explore career opportunities for students;

Job Duty	assist in coordinating the process for evaluating the students

Job Duty	through regular visits and correspondence assist in providing effective and safe clinical settings and experiences for CVM students;

Job Duty	promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students, and to the community at large;

Job Duty	adhere to the Faculty/Staff Policy Manual;

Job Duty	perform other duties as assigned
