Looking for a Part-Time Resident Property Manager for a Retirement Mobile Home Park Community in Issaquah.  Applicant must have experience and meet qualifications.  This is for a 55+ Mobile Home retirement community and must be 55+ in age to reside and to apply for this position. This would be ideal position for a retirement couple. 

Duties and Obligations:  Serve as liaison between residents and owner, Screen prospective tenants, Complete Lease Agreements and provide Rules and Regulations for new tenants, Collect monthly rent and make bank deposits, Enforce rules and regulations, Manage Evictions, Ensure the maintenance of the common areas which may include plumbing, pressure washing, tree trimming. Manage snow removal and landscape upkeep with the caretaker.

Experience Required: Excellent communication skills, Bookkeeping, Computer experience, Property Management, Plumbing, Handyman experience.

Compensation: Owner shall allow Property Manager to live in Mobile Home with rent at no charge. Additional compensation depending on experience.  Additional jobs paid hourly.
