Transit Center Associate

The South Central Transit Authority is seeking a customer service oriented individual who is motivated, and a self-starting for the position of Full-Time Transit Center Associate for its Berks Area Regional Transportation Authority, BTC (7th & Cherry St) location. The qualified candidate must be able to deal effectively with the public both in person and on the telephone in a professional manner. The position requires excellent computer skills, telephone etiquette, and bi-lingual communication skills are required (Spanish/English). The position will work a total of 40 hours a week (8 am-5:45 pm Monday, & Friday) (8:45 am – 5:45 pm Thursday) (8:15 am-4:45 pm Saturday) (10:45 am-5:15 pm Sunday).
