MUNICIPAL PROSECUTOR

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The Village of Ridgewood is accepting proposals via the Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et. seq. for the Professional Service of Municipal Prosecutor for 2023. A copy of the proposal document may be obtained at the office of the Village Manager, Village of Ridgewood, 131 North Maple Ave., Ridgewood, NJ 07450 or by emailing the Village Manager, Heather Mailander, at hmailander@ridgewoodnj.net, with the Subject Line: RFP for Municipal Prosecutor.

All proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope stating, “RFP for Municipal Prosecutor” by December 19, 2022 at 10:00 A.M., to the Office of the Village Clerk, 131 North Maple Ave., Ridgewood, NJ, at which time and place all proposals will be opened.
