Assistant Building Official

The Town of Waterford seeks a state certified candidate to perform building inspections in accordance with State Building Code; the successful applicant shall possess a thorough knowledge of the State Basic Building Code, National Electric Code, Plumbing Code, Mechanical and Energy Conservation Code, Fire Safety Code and all other codes referenced in the Basic Building Code. Knowledge of Planning & Zoning Regulations is desired. Salary range: $70,587 - $88,234, commensurate with experience, excellent benefits.
