CHS is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Public Health Administrative Support Supervisor (PHASS) to oversee central administrative support for the division and to work as a partner in the Community Health Services float pool, helping to hire, schedule, and monitor the work of the float pool staff. The PHASS will supervise central administrative and float pool administrative staff and possibly interpreter and dental assistant float pool staff. The PHASS position is based in the Chinook building but will be required to travel to other locations as needed. During the COVID-19 response, the PHASS will also supervise administrative staff supporting COVID-19 vaccine operations.
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Office 365, demonstrated ability to provide supervision to staff who are on-site and off-site, and superb customer service skills while working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
WORK LOCATION:
This position is based at the Chinook Building; limited telecommuting may be permissible; this position will have to report directly to the Chinook Building.
