iCON Air & Mechanical Services is currently seeking a Mechanical Construction & Design Build Manager to join our team and oversee our Mechanical Construction & Design Build Department with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of all types of HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing jobs. This is a salaried position and will report to the President and COO.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of HVAC Construction & Design Build projects from quoting & planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Target the right project that fits iCON’s business model and goals to grow the department

Qualifications:

• Mechanical Engineering Degree preferred but will consider someone with the right mix of experience.
• Previous experience in HVAC Construction & Design Build management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction & design build process
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to operate proficiently with AUTO CAD
• OSHA safety training and requirements
