- Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients, families using nursing interventions in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
- Customer Service, Employee Relations. Involved in learning and self improvement.
- Conducts skilled nursing observations, teaching and procedures in accordance with professional standards of practice under the direction of registered nurse.
- Completes, submits required documentation.
- Participates in interdisciplinary communication.
- Current license in good standing to practice in Ohio.
- Completes required continuing professional education requirements to maintain registration.
- Travel 100% of the time.
- Full time/days 40 hrs per week.
- Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.
