Human Resources Director

The Town of Wellfleet seeks a Human Resources to provide a high level of support to the Town of Wellfleet employees. The position requires an experienced, organized, and detail oriented self starter who has an eye for compliance and an aptitude for equity. This is a newly created position that will give the successful candidate a chance to build their own HR Department. This position is responsible for the management and administrative work in directing the operations of all Town department human resources functions including developing and enforcing policies and procedures; labor relations; recruiting; recommending salaries; and maintaining employee data according to state and federal laws.
