Project Management Consultants for Integrated Project Management Company, Inc. to report to our Burr Ridge, IL Headquarters but work at multiple unanticipated locations in USA.

• Plan, schedule & control pharma, biotech, or medical device activities to meet goals & project requires applying technical, theoretical & management skills.
• Coordinate & integrate team & individuals efforts, & build positive prof relationships.
• Estimate resource requirements & develop & apply project plans & schedules.
• Research technologies and apply technical knowledge to ensure effective delivery of project requirements.
• Develop & define strategies to achieve objectives, requirements, & assumptions to structure project/activity.
• Research & prep project metric info including value statements or measures to promote/justify IPM's involvement.
• Address risk management issues.
• Lead meetings Manage change/conflict.
• Develop resource planning estimates to manage personal workload & max productivity & revenue.
• Do communications & presentations for broad spectrum of audiences include contract trade laborers to senior executives.
• May require some weekend hours.
• Little domestic & international travel may be involved.
• May undergo background checks and drug testing.
• Must have Bachelors in related science field, and 3 years related experience to include project management experience related to at least 1 of these areas: product development and launch, bus process optimization, tech transfer, regular submission/ regular compliance, QA, or alliance management
• Related experience must also include (3 years) industry experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices.
