What you'll do:

  • Handle non-pharmacist related phone calls for pharmacy refill authorizations as well as other related pharmacy services

Your qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • One-year experience in customer service related position required
  • Your medical billing, cashier, and/or data entry experience is a plus
  • You speak Spanish and English fluently and can score at level 9 on a language proficiency scale
  • You are comfortable working in a busy environment
  • You like to solve problems for others and know how to communicate well with callers who are upset
  • You know some medical terminology or are curious about learning
