Boutique Floral Shop Assistant/Social Medial Specialist 

We are looking for a team member to manage our social media as well as daily shop operations which include but not limited to processing flowers, keeping shop clean & organized, potting orchids, succulents and other plants, answer multiline phone and take detailed orders and enter information into the POS. Candidate should have impeccable customer service, solid proactive work ethic and willingness to be flexible on a daily basis. Some weekends and holidays are required. Must commit to entire season.

In this position, you will interact with targeted virtual communities and network users to promote our products and provide customer care services to new audiences. You must be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media.

Sales assistants typically work for retail companies and are responsible for liaising with customers in order to ensure a transaction goes smoothly. A sales assistant is expected to help customers choose between the company's array of goods and services, process payments and maintain a high level of customer
