CannabizTEMP is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and professional Service Supervisor to join our client's team in Pasadena, CA.  

This Service Supervisor needs to be familiar in a retail environment and will work closely with the Store Manager to provide leadership and direction to the entire store team.  The Service Supervisor will possess leadership skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to inspire and motivate the sales team. 

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all sales protocols are being followed according to policy and procedure
  • Foster and cultivate a culture that ensure the customer is the center of every transaction
  • Understand how to hold sales team accountable and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure service, merchandising and operational standards are met to maximize sales
  • Ensure all customer deliveries are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner
  • Train and develop sales associates
  • Ensure Sales floor is clean
  • Provide necessary floor coverage
Skills and Education Requirements:
  • Cannabis experience and knowledge of Metrc is a plus
  • At least 2 years as a manager in retail environment
  • Open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High School Diploma or equivalent 

Compensation: $23-$25 hourly DOE
