Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
Administrative support experience or experience performing duties relevant to the position.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products relative to assigned area (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Preferred:
College level coursework.
Strong keyboarding skills.
Experience providing administrative support in a health care setting.
Physical Demands:
May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.
May need to sit or stand for extended periods.
Finger dexterity to operate office equipment.
May need to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds on occasion.
