Campus Supervisor: Evenings

The Children's Home, Binghamton, NY is looking for a Campus Supervisor - Evenings. 

Looking for an experienced human service professional to oversee and coordinate the running of the campus during evening hours.  Lead, direct and support the work of child care staff.  Make decisions around staffing assignments and provide hands on mentoring and teaching to child care staff.  The ability to engage with all types of children and previous supervisory experience required.  Must have demonstrated experience in working with youth aged 7-17.  The Campus Supervisor will team with a Senior Campus Supervisor to ensure that evening and weekend routines are therapeutic and structured.  This position is fast paced, requiring the ability to multi-task and engage children and staff in building and maintaining a therapeutic environment.

4 day work week, 40 Hours per Week - Evenings and some Weekends Required.

Bachelor degree preferred.  Experience in a Residential Treatment Center environment is a plus.  Salary commensurate with experience.  Excellent Benefits, including generous paid time off, 6 % Employer Pension contribution, employer paid health care, child care and tuition reimbursement.
