POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide day-to-day support for various software applications
• Provide day-to-day support for web site and other content management software
• Configure applications to support the requirements of the company’s needs
• Gain solid understanding of the company’s processes, workflows, and data
• Participate in scoping and other requirements gathering needs
• Help create and maintain technical design documentation
• Develop deep understanding of the applications and related integration
• Help troubleshoot and resolve production issues with the applications and related integration
• Monitor application performance and recommend/help develop improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical related field
• 3 to 5 years’ experience supporting packaged applications
• Experienced in at least one programming language.
• Excellent understanding of hardware, operating systems, network and communications, multi-tiered architecture and applications.
• Proficient in SQL.
