Medical Practice Administrator needed fulltime at Eagle Physicians in Greensboro North Carolina for a fast pace Gastroenterology practice. The Medical Practice Administrator is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the operation of the site.

Minimum qualifications included:

• A strong people manager with a minimum of 3 years' experience as top-level manager of a large physician group (5 plus physicians)
  
• Solid experience in operations
  
• Strong critical thinking skills
  
• Able to demonstrate the ability to motivate and coach staff to higher levels of performance
