General Manager

Direct/coordinate production, with knowledge of tech, production methods, and equipment capabilities in Molding Department.

Duties: Provide tech/practical support to staff; improve mfg methods; coord production with all departments (Maintenance, Scheduling, Purchasing, etc.); implement operating methods to eliminate operations/quality problems; consult with engineer staff re modification of equipment; produce product within parameters; plan workforce utilization, space requirements and workflow, design of equipment and workspace; supervise HR efforts concerning Molding production personnel; prevent occurrence of nonconformities re product, process, quality.

Required: BS in Industrial or Civil Engineer; 3 years experience with operations/quality engineering. Must have permanent US work authorization.
