Dishwasher responsibilities

Operate the industrial dishwasherWash glassware and other implements by hand when necessaryEmpty and clean all trash receptaclesClean iced tea, coffee and milkshake machines dailyRotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resourcesClean dish storageFollow sanitation policies at all timesProvide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak timesPerform opening, closing and side workClean up spills or broken glassware immediately
