Controller/Cost Accountant To be actively involved in managing day-to-day aspects of Accounting, Billing/Accounts Receivable, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning and Analysis, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Procurement and Transportation. Advise, advocate and recommend department financial strategy to the CEO & Board. Perform detailed cost analysis of overall agency operations. Prepare budgets with input from all program areas as required by internal and external sources. Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or closely related field AND Five years of professional level experience in accounting and/or a closely related fiscal activity, Three years of which in a management/supervisory role.
