Very busy Truckstop and auto repair facility is in need of a flatbed/wrecker operator.

No CDL required but helpful if you are willing to work towards it. We have nice equipment, 3 flatbeds and 2 wreckers, one of which is brand new. Alternating weekends and weeknight on call as well as full time work. Some light mechanical knowledge is a plus but we are willing to train the right person in all aspects of towing and recovery. A good driving record is a must as well as good communication skills. Dependability/punctuality assets are equally important. 

This is a full time position and wages will be dependent on experience and demonstration of willingness to learn and apply yourself. 

Duties will include but will not be limited to towing at accident scenes, accident scene clean up, ditch pull outs, jump starts, lock out service, tire repairs and replacement and possibly light auto repair i.e. oil changes, wiper blade replacement etc. 

Again, we are willing to train the right candidate for all the aforementioned duties. Just have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn as well as the ability to take direction and apply yourself.
