Business Processes Senior Consultant for SAP America Inc. (Pittsburgh, PA & various client sites nationwide) 

Purpose and Objective: 

SAP America Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Pittsburgh, PA location and various client sites nationwide to drive business process consulting by translating customer business processes into IT solutions, including quality assurance.

Expectations and Tasks:

Help position disruptive business innovation. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Support end-to-end solution design across all relevant solutions (OnPremise, Cloud and Hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of SAP Model Companies for specific area of business. Demonstrating profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools. Support of pre-sales activities. Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews. Support in escalated projects. Support respective line managers in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops and trainings. 100% travel required to various client sites nationwide.

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field and 6 years of experience required. Will accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.

Work Experience:

• Experience must include 4 years with the following: SAP S4Hana and SAP Model Company for retail industry solution; SAP Material Management & SAP Project System Consulting; SAP IS Retail Consulting; SAP integration with 3rd Party System including Warehouse Management System, Order Management System; SAP Allocation Management for Retail Solution; Overseeing SAP projects including gathering business inputs, designing optimum business processes, preparing business process documents, writing functional specification documents & advocating best practices; Unit testing and scripts creation, Integration testing, User acceptance testing in SAP ECC, SAP IS Retail or SAP S4Hana systems; and delivering SAP solutions for various categories of client projects such as Implementation, support and rollout. 100% travel required to various client sites nationwide.
