Programmer Analyst - Duties include: Provide training or mentoring to other team members on tools or architecture concepts as needed. Evaluate software packages for Pro Series TMRDS Suite, ensuring that they fit within architecture & infrastructure. Provide timely & accurate on-call support for production infrastructure components. Work closely with technicians to diagnose & resolve issues related to the design & maintain of infrastructure, hardware  & software. Documents & maintain installation  procedures, problem resolutions, & environment configurations for Pro Series TM RDS Suite. Work on critical & complex projects where considerable judgment & initiative are required in resolving problems & making strategic solution recommendations. Review & analyze technical needs. Document & maintain  disaster recovery procedures for Pro Series TMRDS Suite. Contribute to the dev of policies & procedures related to installation & maintain for Pro Series TMRDS Suite. Leverage SAP & other programming  best practices to create structured & reusable code to provide ongoing support of existing systems & processes. Prepare technical specifications & develop the necessary programs & develop objects. Conduct proactive/reactive performance monitoring/analysis to identify errors in Pro Series TMRDS Suite. Plan, coordinate, test & implement installations/upgrades/releases of systems within Pro Series TMRDS Suite. Determine change specs, input/output processes, & working parameters for software compatibility, etc. Identify technical & application develop opportunities to improve existing processes.
