Resident Care Supervisor:

Resident Care Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of our community’s Independent and Assisted Living neighborhood, including the delivery of all residents care. Qualified candidate must possess at a minimum LVN license. New graduates welcomed!

Focus and oversight include the following: care management, medication management, risk management, quality assurance, and staff development.

Directly supervises, motivates, and encourages all dedicated memory care and assisted living resident care staff.

Palm Village Retirement Community in Reedley, California is a tax exempt non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. This give seniors the option to live in one location for the duration of their life, with much of their future care planned out.
