The King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office (PAO) is seeking candidates for a Financial Investigator to join the Elder Abuse Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) within the Economic Crimes Unit of the Criminal Division. The MDT is funded through the end of 2023, with the possibility of an extension. This is a professional position investigating or assisting in the investigation of economic crimes against the elderly from initial intake through trial. The Financial Investigator is a liaison with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies as well as with private agencies and corporations, particularly bank security, audit, and investigative personnel.

The PAO requires that all candidates reside in Washington State and within a reasonable distance to their primary county worksite to respond to workplace reporting requirements.
Work Schedule: This position works a 35-hour work week schedule, normally Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
