Director of Design and Construction

Slippery Rock University invites applications for a Director of Design and Construction. The director is responsible for the planning and management of all changes to the campus physical plant, including design, construction, renovation and major maintenance projects in adherence to the campus master plan. The Director is also responsible for managing the facilities archives, developing the annual capital budget submission, selecting project designers and consultants, overseeing the annual space inventory update, preparing the annual construction authority submission, reviewing and approving payment applications, construction submittals, and as-builts.
