Job Duties | Candidates are expected to have a record of publications and/or of produced and exhibited work. Candidate pluses include being conversant in entertainment law, internet culture, emerging media ,and film history. Candidates are also expected to demonstrate familiarity with coding and with emerging technologies that are currently changing the practice of visual storytelling. Familiarity with film studies, filmmaking, screenwriting, and producing are also a candidate plus. The successful applicant will:

Requested Minimum Qualifications | The successful candidate must have a Master of Fine Arts or other terminal degree combined with a record of equivalent active creative practice. The candidate should have scholarly and/or cinematic achievement appropriate to rank, experience in college teaching, and a strong commitment to working with and inspiring an ethnically and culturally diverse student population. |
Other Preferences for Consideration | Candidates with a record of publications and/or of produced and exhibited work may be given preference.
