Ledge Light Health District

We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Health Program Coordinator to join our team! The initial focus for this team member will be to support the activities of the Health Improvement Collaborative of Southeastern Connecticut. The successful candidate will have an understanding of and experience working to address the social determinants of health, health equity and racism as a public health issue and have knowledge of the health and human services networks in southeastern Connecticut.
