Greater Uniontown Joint Sewage Plant Authority (GUJSPA) is looking for a skilled individual to become an integral part of an efficient 9.4 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant Operation and Maintenance team.

Job duties and minimum qualifications are stated below for the position of Assistant Supervisor - Maintenance Manager.

Qualifications:

• History of supervisory responsibility or direct responsibility.
• Demonstrated mechanical, electrical and PLC control knowledge. History of service of similar activity or equipment.
• Specialized training and/or licenses. Education background.
• Cost-Benefit analysis techniques.
• Computer based windows program skill for recording and communication necessities.
• Good written communication skills and attention to details.
• Wastewater licensing via PADEP for operators and/or collection is a plus or the ability to achieve within 24 months.
• Ability to physically access all parts of the Plant including use of ladders or confined space, and ability to physically lift at least 75 lbs.
