Licensed Practical Nurse  

Private physician office seeking a full-time dedicated and experienced LPN for a fast-paced specialty practice. Candidate must display excellent judgment, decision making, communication skills, and work effectively in a team environment. Support patient care delivery by rooming patients, obtain comprehensive medical history past and present and document accurately in an electronic medical record. Telephone triage and obtain necessary authorization/referrals and test results. Main office location in Wexford, with satellite offices at Allegheny General Hospital and Monroeville. Willingness to travel at times between locations. Excellent computer skills and past experience in electronic medical records a plus. Offer comprehensive salary and benefits package to include 401K.
