Required:
Possesses one of the following:
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and current Ohio RN license.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical or Occupational Therapy and current Ohio PT or OT license.
• Graduate of an approved school of practical nursing and current Ohio LPN license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences or related health care field and recent rehab admission experience.
Excellent marketing skills.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
2 years of degree-related clinical experience in rehabilitation.
Demonstrated proficiency with computers, software, and a variety of office equipment.
Demonstrated familiarity with hospital admissions procedures.
Possess a current certification from an approved issuing body (i.e. Rehabilitation, Trauma, etc.).
Familiarity with third-party reimbursement processes and payer regulations, including for managed care.
Physical Requirements:
May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day.
May need to sit or stand for extended periods.
See in the normal visual range with or without correction.
Hear in the normal audio range with or without correction.
Finger dexterity to operate office equipment required.
Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications.
Ability to see computer monitor and departmental documents.
