The Department of Human Resources is currently looking for a dynamic person who is detail oriented, with outstanding customer service and teamwork skills for an exciting administrative position in a fast paced environment. This position is responsible for performing activities in support of the Staffing and Compensation Services Division at Upstate. Duties include, but are not limited to: student employment activities; new employee on-boarding; temporary agency placements; pre-employment criminal background checks; I-9 compliance, e-fling documents, preparing invoices for review & processing; applicant assistance; other human resources related duties as assigned. |

| Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree and two years experience in an office setting (preferably in Human Resources) excellent written/verbal communication, computer and organizational skills required. |
