Stein Eriksen Lodge Management Corporation is recruiting for the following full time positions: Food & Beverage Manager self starter, fine dining experience in 4/5 star and diamond environments.
• Strong knowledge of food, wines, and wine service.
• Need excellent scheduling and guest relation skills.
• Minimum of 1 year fine dining/resort hotel food and beverage experience as a supervisor or manager.
• Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
Guest Services Manager
• Provide daily supervision and guidance to the guest services team members.
• Resolves guest complaints, concerns or disputes quickly and timely.
• Responsible for the overall Hotel operations when serving as Manager on Duty.
• Three to five years experience as a front of house manager in a luxury hotel.
• Valid Utah Driver's License and the ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
Sous Chef
• Primarily oversees kitchen operations for the Glitretind restaurant during dinner.
• Responsible to train cooks and check quality.
• Carry out directives of Executive Chef.
• Organizes and prioritizes daily work tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are a must.
• Two years management experience in upscale fine dining production kitchen required.
• Utah Food Handler's Permit or Sanitation Certificate.
AM Sous Chef
• Primary schedule starting at 5:30 am.
• Must be familiar with breakfast and banquet ala carte production.
• Three years kitchen experience required.
• Utah Food Handler's Permit or Sanitation Certificate.
