POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance duties on buildings equipment and grounds. Coordinates maintenance schedule and ensures repairs are conducted in a timely manner
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE: Two years’ experience in building trades and or grounds maintenance. The ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, work with little supervision, demonstrated punctuality and the ability to organize and manage several projects/tasks simultaneously as well as flexibility in changing priorities.
