Nurse Family Partnership Supervisor

Responsibilities: If you are a nurse looking for a change from traditional floor nurse or looking for a chance to make a real change in your patients lives, then becoming a Supervisor of our nurse home visitors may be for you. No more holidays or weekends. Provide comprehensive community health nursing services to women & children enrolled in the Nurse Family Partnership Program. Program development, referral management, and other administrative duties. Qualifications: RN with a BSN and Master's degree in nursing or a related field; three years' experience in maternal child health care is preferred. Full time position.
